GLYNN MEWS HOLIDAY COTTAGE
Booking
Terms & Conditions:
- Advance bookings
must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit
of £50 per week, with the balance of the rental
payable in full not less than one calendar month
before the arrival date.
- Payment may be
made by cheque payable to K.H. SOUTHGATE. All
payments will be acknowledged in writing or
e-mail within 7 days of receipt.
- Non-payment of
the balance by the due date will result in
automatic cancellation of the booking.
- If a reservation
is made less than one month before the start of
the booking, the full amount of the rental will
be payable at the time of booking.
- Reservations by
telephone or e-mail will be held for a maximum of
four days, by which time a deposit must have been
received.
- The property
booking shall be in the name of one person (who
must be over 18 years of age) who shall be
responsible for the actions of all members of
their party. The names of all members of the
party must be on the booking form. Glynn Mews
Holiday Cottage must not be occupied by
more than the agreed number of persons.
- The cottage may
only be occupied for the purpose of a holiday and
under no circumstances can the period booked be
extended without permission in writing.
- If for any
reason (e.g. fire, flood, severe damage)
the cottage owner needs to cancel a confirmed
booking the liability is limited to the return of
any payments received.
- Booking are
always from Saturday to Saturday (with the
possible exception of Easter and Christmas/ New
Year). Some flexibility may be possible out of
season (Nov to Feb)
- All reservations
commence at 3pm on the arrival date. Please
collect the keys from Muffins Tea Shop, 32 Fore
St., Lostwithiel before 5pm. If you will NOT
arrive before 5pmplease call 01208 872278 before
this time to make alternative arrangements.
- Guests must
vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of
departure. The holidaymaker will be liable for
the cost of any damage to the building or its
contents during his/her stay.
- All bed
linen, duvets and towels (BUT NOT BEACH TOWELS)
are provided. These and all utility charges are
included in the rental.
- There is no
telephone in the cottage. No-smoking within the
cottage. No pets allowed.
