  The town is overlooked by Restormel Castle and surrounded by beautiful countryside.  
  The riverside parks to the north and south of the town provide tranquil surroundings for walking, fishing and observing wild life

  There is a Co-Op supermarket in Lostwithiel.(Open 8am to 10 pm every day). However if you want to eat at the cottage but don't fancy cooking we also have a Fish and Chip shop and a Take-Away Chineese Restaurant in town.

Fowey: Beautiful unspoilt coastal town, with superb sea and river views.

Eden Project: The famous biomes are only 5 miles away from Glynn Mews.

Charlestown: The tall ships have featured in many Films and TV programmes.

Lerryn : A riverside village with a good pub and beautiful walk towards St. Winnow church and Farm Museum. Lerryn is home to Encounter Cornwall, who organise Cycling, Canoeing and Walking activities in the area. ( www.encountercornwall.com )
