	Cottage Details
		Glynn Mews has two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a large bathroom, well equiped kitchen and spacious lounge / dining room. The cottage is located in South Street, within a hundred yards of local shops, pubs and restaurants, yet is quiet and undisturbed.


	The accommodation comprises:-

	Kitchen - Well equipped with good quality appliances, crockery and cutlery. There is a Washing Machine, Gas Hob / Electric Oven, and Microwave
	Lounge / Dining Room - an L-shaped room, with two sofas, TV, Video, CD player / radio, Dining table with four chairs. Selection of games provided.
	Double doors from the Lounge lead to a small patio area.
	Stairs to Landing
	Bedroom 1- Double Bed, Single Wardrobe, Two Chests of Drawers, leading to en-suite Bathroom with electric shower, handbasin and WC
	Bedroom 2- Two Single Beds, Bedside Table, Chest of Drawers / Dressing Table
	Bathroom with handbasin, full size bath, WC and cupboard / wardrobe

	The cottage has gas central heating and is carpeted throughout. Good quality Duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied.

	Parking -- There is space at the cottage for loading and unloading only. Parking is available on Quay St, just 50 yards away.
